If you cancel your event, your deposit WILL NOT be returned. You are welcome to choose another date if available but will be charged a fee to do so. We are understanding when dealing with unforeseen circumstances and will use its judgement and manage each case as we see. All cancellations must be submitted by email or writing. 

You are welcome to decorate the reception hall to fit your needs with anything that can be removed and nothing permanent. We ask that your decorations will cause no harm to the venue. No use of nails, staples, tapes or glues that will leave a sticky residue. 

Absolutely! We allow an open vendor policy and your preferences are important to us. If you are unsure of what you'd like, we have established a close collaboration with The Cutting Board, allowing us to secure competitive pricing packages on your behalf. 

Our custom bar is a specialty of the Chairman's Retreat, offering a spacious area that can be tailored to your preferences. Additionally, we provide bartenders at a rate of $25.00 per hour, with an additional hour including 30-minute setup and 30-minute cleanup. 

Included in your reservation you have access to two private suites, venue walk throughs, tables, chairs, on-site parking and a catering kitchen with refrigerator, freezer and sink. 

To secure your date a 25% non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding or reception date.

Definitely! You are allowed to have your rehearsal dinner and or practice the day before your wedding if the date is available for a small fee. Ask about our rehearsal bundle. 

To secure your date a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your event date.

We offer 1 hour of setup time included in your event booking. If additional time is needed, there will be a fee per hour extra.
